First, thank you so much for your kind words about my music. I cannot tell you how flattered I was listening to your podcast.

Second, I heard you say that you had emailed me looking for an interview, but I never got any email - my spam filters like to throw away important things and send me nothing but genital enlargement suggestions though, so it’s probably a glitch on my end.

I would love to give you an interview, however I’m not sure how interesting it’ll be - or perhaps it will be especially interesting - I am starting pastry school in July. In an effort to ensure I have a steady paycheck I’ve decided to become a pastry chef. The music business is a tough, miserable place, and rather than sell my soul for stardom I’m opting for occasional dive bar shows and profiteroles.

At the moment that means I don’t have any new projects really in the works - I am still playing in and around Chicago, and still writing new music…

Hell, if you still want to interview me I’ll do my best, brush my teeth that morning and try not to sound like I just woke up.

My schedule is fairly crazy these days, but I know I could find time. This weekend is out as I’m walking in the Avon Breast Cancer Walk (yikes) but I’m off work at 7pm every day so maybe an evening chat would work best.
